Jennifer Ngoc Ploch began her real estate career in 1999 as a Realtor in Virginia, a dual career with a Federal Government employee at the United Agency for International Development. As the only child from a loving parents in Viet Nam, who believed in Knowledge is Power, and was encouraged to try hard to become the best in whatever directions she chooses.
